Is the hair really 100% human hair?

Yes. Every Hair Dynasty unit is made from 100% unprocessed Brazilian human hair. It can be washed, straightened, curled and styled with heat just like your own hair.

How long will my wig last?

With proper care, our units typically last 12 to 24 months of regular wear. Wash with sulphate-free products, deep condition monthly and store on a mannequin head or in a satin bag.

What cap sizes do you offer?

Our standard cap fits most head circumferences between 54cm and 57cm with adjustable straps and combs. Message our concierge on WhatsApp if you need a small or large cap.

How do I choose a length?

Measure from your hairline down your body: 12" sits around the collarbone, 20" around mid-chest and 26" close to the waist. Curly and wave textures appear shorter than straight at the same length.

All units are ready to ship. Gauteng deliveries arrive in 3–5 business days, major cities in 4–5 business days and regional or remote areas in 5–7 business days. Free nationwide shipping on qualifying orders.

Unworn units in original, sealed packaging can be returned within 7 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons we cannot accept units that have been worn, washed, cut or coloured.
