We make reasonable efforts to ensure product descriptions, images, colours, lengths, lace types and other information are accurate.

Because screens and devices display colours differently and because human-hair products may have minor natural variations, actual products may differ slightly from photographs.

Products are subject to availability.

All prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR).

The total amount payable will be displayed before the customer completes payment.

Hair Dynasty reserves the right to correct genuine pricing or product-information errors before an order is fulfilled.

Full payment is required before an order is processed or dispatched.

Online payments are processed through approved secure payment providers, including Peach Payments where applicable.

Hair Dynasty does not store customers’ full payment-card details.

Receiving an order confirmation does not necessarily mean that an order has been finally accepted.

Hair Dynasty may cancel or decline an order where there is a genuine pricing error, suspected fraud, payment failure or product unavailability. If payment has already been received for an order that cannot be fulfilled, the customer will be refunded in accordance with applicable law.

Delivery is subject to our separate Delivery & Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions.

Returns, exchanges and refunds are governed by our separate Returns, Exchanges & Refunds Policy and applicable South African consumer law.

Unless otherwise stated, website content including Hair Dynasty branding, text, graphics and original website material may not be reproduced or commercially used without permission.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to exclude or restrict any rights that a customer has under applicable South African consumer law.

To the extent legally permitted, Hair Dynasty will not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from misuse of the website or products.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.

Hair Dynasty may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The latest version published on the website will apply.
